So being from Biloxi, Ms. it's really difficult to find good seafood. My husband and I are both in the restaurant industry. We try to always give every restaurant a fair chance. Pier 8 not only is priced well, but the food is great. I work in a steakhouse, king crab is $119 a pound. At Pier 8,$65!!! If you're not into getting your hands dirty then it's probably not for you. But if you want a true Cajun crab boil situation, it's here!! DELICIOUS . Run don't walk!

Twanye, the manager and Matt waited on me and my family and they were great! Matt is from the south like us so we trusted his advice and we really enjoyed ourselves. Twanye recommended the margarita flight so that we could sample the drinks and it was GOOD!! It was a quiet night and very slow but the vibes were definitely there regardless. The only reason in giving 4 stars and not 5 is that the garlic butter flavor doesn't come with actual seasoning on it and the portions could be larger for the cost. Nevertheless, we'll be back!

I had the scallops and my wife had the flounder basket with crabmeat fries. My scallops were perfectly cooked and very tasty, but the crabmeat fries were amazing! From now on I'm ordering the crabmeat fries no matter what else I get. We had the beignets for dessert! Great service too!

OUTSTANDING food, service & drinks!!! We had the crab, shrimp, clam & sausage boil (w/ potatoes and corn) in house Cajun sauce. Y'all.....it was SO GOOOOOD!!!!! I did not get any pictures, because once we started eating.... Kristen was our AWESOME waitperson - so friendly and helpful I had the Mango Mai Tai, and one was enough to make my toes tingle! This restaurant is a hidden gem. Give it a try and tell me if I led you astray, or if you agree that this is a new favorite!

I'm a birch at times..... I hate bad restaurants with lines of people trying to get in Ok pier 8 is not the overrated ocean Aires club but. Want a Cajun seafood boil or frankly anything fried you win Wired part is drop a n early grab an 8 sea breeze and an order of hush puppies. Best happy hour Clam chowder great fried shrimp great Kind of like what red lobster hoped to achieve in its peak but never achieved Staff is great food is a good value. Wanna boil come here Please give it a try

First time visit and this was crazy good Cajun. It's hard to find a Cajun place in Colorado and even harder to find a GOOD Cajun place. This hit the spot. My wife is a Gumbo aficionado and loved the balance of flavors that reminded her of her home in the south and I enjoyed a Cajun boil with shrimp, mussels and crawfish( Cajun seasoning and spicy!). We'll be back.

Wow! That's all I can say after filling myself with all things seafood at Pier 8. I was born in an ocean town on the East Coast, and I am extremely picky when it comes to seafood. The seafood bags are large, and the food was perfectly cooked. I was extremely happy with the quality of the seafood and especially the oysters ( amazingly fresh). The mixed drinks were strong and were priced around $13.00, so remember, a small group can raise a bill quickly. Don't let that deter you. The prices are fair, and a family of 4 could easily split two seafood bags and have an amazing meal for around $100.00 There were plenty of servers, and our waiter Jonathan was quick to keep our glasses full or remove something from the table, of course, to make room for more food. Overall, I am extremely happy and can't wait for our next seafood fix, and don't forget the hushpuppies.

I had an incredible dinner and experience tonight and this wonderful new restaurant. My date and I were met as soon as we walked in by a lovely woman named Lauren. She immediately sat us and as luck would have it, she was our waitress as well. We made a quick drink order and she returned within a minute with our drinks. The menu has some fantastic choices to include various Cajun boils and other such fare. I chose a flounder poboy and my date chose cajun shrimp Alfredo. My date also had lobster bisque as it's a favorite. I ordered garlic bread as a starter. The food came out quickly and it was fresh, hot and tasty. The lobster bisque was off the chart and one of the best we've ever had. Every one of our selections was worth every dime and we'd gladly order them again. After dinner I ordered a piece of berry lemon cake that was to die for. I'm a dessert snob and this one passes with flying colors . The decor in this restaurant is fresh, colorful and new. I really enjoyed walking around and checking out the various fish and shark caricatures hanging from the ceiling. The place is spotless and the restroom are extremely clean. Children and adults will enjoy ambiance equally. Our waitress was Lauren. She was receptive, attentive and very good at her job. Our glasses were never empty and she checked on us frequently. She strikes the perfect balance between being helpful yet not pestering. Then we met Joey who have Jana tour of the party room they have that seats twenty. It's a beautiful room and I think I will take them up on their offer to host an event and report back on how it goes. The last person we met was Dave. I very cheery guy that was the bartender but I suspect he is the general manager as well. He could not have been more friendly. We chatted for ten minutes about the restaurant and various related topics. He is clearly proud of this restaurant and was happy to tell us all about it. This was a great evening and dinner all the way around. The food was exceptional and the staff was amazing. If your looking for something new and fresh, this is the place. If you are looking to host an event, check into reserving their party room. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
